Activation Requirement: It's important to note that the glow effect is visible in dark conditions and appears green at night. To achieve the best glow, the htv vinyl needs to absorb enough light. This can be accomplished by exposing it to sources of light such as sunlight, phone lights, or flashlights after heat pressing. It won't glow in bright places, so proper activation is key to getting the desired glow effect.
